 This machine is controlled automatically by the PLC program, and the Chinese and English touch screen is working with a friendly man-machine interface. It uses the continuous ultrasonic welding process with such features as fast speed, low noise, clear welding pattern and low air consumption.

  It integrates the functions of film delivery, card delivery, card tearing, and card collection.

  The packaging film is conveyed by a special rubber wheel and a film suction belt, which is stable and smooth.

   It uses automatic detection of repeated card, no card or no film, and it will automatic shutdown when any error occurs.

  It is suitable for various packaging films with the thickness more than 0.025mm .

  It uses continuous ultrasonic welding process, and the welded pattern is clear and beautiful.

  It has the chained card packaging function and can set the number of each chained card section.

  The edge of the packaging bag uses a personalized design structure.

  It has professional card collection structure, which can automatically fold the packaged small cards and store them in a single block collection belt.

  The CCD visual inspection system is optional which can detect the serial number or bar-code of the SIM mini cards.
